Testudovolva ericae
(Cossignani and Calo, 2002)

Distribution: Uncommon to rare in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Distributed throughout the West Pacific region, Indonesia and New Guinea. In Australia the family recorded from the Coral Sea, Stradbroke Island in Queensland and Port Stephens in New South Wales.

Ecological Notes: Specimen pictured on host Dendronepthya spsoft corals.

Additional Notes: Shell white, mantle white with tight network of red to brown scribbles and with occasional short white simple filaments. Foot white with dark streaks, siphon white to pink with dark edge. Rarely seen due to superb colouration and camouflage. Grows to 12 mm.
