Common Name: Zebra Wingshell

Distribution: Uncommon in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Common in subtropical and tropical waters. In Australia recorded from northern Western Australia, central to southern Queensland south to northern New South Wales.

Ecological Notes: Attaches bysally to various marine growths, and including whip corals, hard corals and bryozoans. Specimen pictured at 20 m depth.

Additional Notes: Small size means it may easily be overlooked. Specimen in photo about 12 mm long.
