Distribution: Rare in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Records from the Western Pacific region, in Australia recorded from the Keppel Islands in Queensland and South Solitary Island in New South Wales.

Ecological Notes: Pictured here feeding on red gorgonian.

Additional Notes: Characterized by spindle shape, dark mantle with white spots and yellow markings on the ends of the shell.
