Distribution: Possibly common in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. In Australia recorded from New South Wales and Bass Strait.
Ecological Notes: Specimen pictured on rocky coral reef, depth 9 m.
Additional Notes: Pale reddish carapace and legs, both claws strong, left stronger than right, setae covering claws and first and second walking legs. Eyestalks brown, darkening towards distal white band, eyes black. Grows to around 2 cm carapace length.
