Jorunna sp.

Distribution: Moderately common in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Undescribed species presently known from central New South Wales to southern Queensland.

Ecological Notes: Found in areas of rich benthic fauna amongst shell rubble and edges of rocky reef. Feeds on sponges. Depth to at least 15 m.

Additional Notes: This species has a yellowish golden body with regularly spaced black spots. The rhinophores are black, gills are translucent whitish/grey with black edges, and there is a large black spot or stripe on the posterior tip the foot. Grows to 20 mm.
