Coryphellina rubrolineata
(O’Donoghue, 1929)

Distribution: Seasonally common on food source in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Generally Tropical Indo-Pacific distribution. Migrant to the Mediterranean Sea. In Australia recorded from all states including Tasmania.

Ecological Notes: Found on food source, hydroid Halocordyle disticha. Depth to at least 20 m.

Additional Notes: White body with red lines along central dorsal surface and below cerrata. Lines may be continuous, broken as pictured here, or absent altogether. Cerata with purple apical rings and whitish tips. Grows to at least 30 mm. Previously known as Flabellina rubrolineata.
