Common Name: Jordans Tuskfish
Distribution: Uncommon in the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Distributed throughout Western Pacific region, Great Barrier Reef and Western Australia, east to Samoa and Tonga. In Australia recorded from Western Australia and the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland.
Ecological Notes: Frequents coral reef and adjacent areas of sand and rubble. Depth to 30 m.
Additional Notes: Pale body with broad dark band followed by large whitish spot below the posterior end of the dorsal fin base. Grows to 17 cm.
