Distribution:  Common in the SIMP. Found throughout the Indo-West Pacific.
Ecological Notes:  A shallow water species found in small sand pockets on inter-tidal reef. Carnivorous.
Additional Notes:  Venom not known to be toxic to man, shell often has algal growth. Grows to 35mm.
