| Distribution: Moderately common and recorded throughout the SIMP. Found throughout the Indo-Pacific region. | |||
| Ecological Notes: Found from inter-tidal to at least 12m depth on rocky reef. Usually concealed under rocks. | |||
| Additional Notes: The shell is almost pure white with fine brown zigzag lines on the surface. See PROS0005-1.These lines quicky wear away on dead specimens. The mantle is jet black with smallish white papillae. Egg masses are white. Grows to 20mm. | |||
